Why is it that when women are "tough" we are labeled and criticized? <br /><br />Sarah is leveling the playing field between men and women (finally!) in a way that no other woman has been able to. She's not doing this just because she's a woman - she's just being Sarah. I am stunned to see someone like her emerge and give McCain credit for taking the risk of asking her to be his VP. As a former California Surfer Girl (one of few among all the guys) I have always appreciated women with guts and savvy who weren't afraid of new territory.
